Let me tell you my concern:

Last March of 2008, I created 3 blogs, 2 of which have topics about gadgets such as iphone, Bluetooth, with the third one discussing topic on how to earn money online.

Now, yesterday I just checked on their Page Rank (I didn’t know new PR’s are already available). Here are my blogspot blogs’ PR: both my gadget blogs got PR 3 (Hurray!). However, my MMO blog got PR (?). What does page rank (?) mean?

I am surprised that my Live and Earn Online blog not even got just PR1 when I have put equal effort on these three sites in terms of SEO and link building. My MMO blog even have more posted articles on it.

Or is it just really difficult for blogs discussing such competitive niche topics to gain high Page Rank?

Update: I just checked on my wordpress MMO and Affiliate Marketing blog Earn Big Time Online’s PR (where this article is posted, in case you haven’t noticed) and it’s PR2! Hurray again!

So, perhaps the answer is no on the question I posted above. Still, I have this impression that those blogs and sites with highly competitive niche topic have difficulty earning high ranking. Can anyone please have an enlightening take on this?

Albeit now, I thought great articles are not the only important factor that makes a blog successful. For a truly great blog that allows its owner to earn easy money online, it must not only contain interesting and relevant articles, but must have great attractive presentation in terms of its theme. There are a lot of great themes that are already SEO ready and at the same time very attractive to prospective visitors – I am experimenting on some to make my classic blogger blog a much better one.

I have read about many ordinary and extraordinary bloggers doing it simple but perfect when it comes to SEO – and that’s why they are earning thousands of dollars. How much am I earning right now? A little over 100 dollars. But I am pretty sure someday I will also belong to this elite group of savvy bloggers and have a taste of big time earnings from blogging.
